This website is to inform you of the interim and final distributions to holders of allowed unsecured claims of Reorganized FLI, Inc., formerly Farmland Industries, Inc. (referred to herein as “RFLI”), which are taking place in 2023, 2024, and/or 2025.
Action Required
To receive the final distribution, you must either a) cash or deposit your interim distribution check or b) request a name change and submit the required documents. These actions must be completed no later than August 1, 2024.
The calculation process for the final distribution is taking longer than anticipated. The final distribution is now expected in early 2025. A date has not yet been set. We appreciate your patience.
